Who provides Vaivén
The vaivenapp.com website and the Vaivén app for iPhone are provided by:

What Vaivén is
A tool for organising your children’s calendar, expenses and child maintenance. It isn’t legal advice, it doesn’t replace your agreement or court judgment, it isn’t an official record, and it doesn’t guarantee that what you log will be accepted as evidence.
Price and purchase
The calendar is free. Vaivén complete costs €9.99 (VAT included), as a one-off payment with no subscription, bought inside the app with your Apple ID. The purchase terms are below.
Intellectual property
The texts, design and code of Vaivén belong to David Olmos Enríquez. The official data it uses (INE, official gazettes) keeps the reuse terms of each source, shown under ‘Data sources’ inside the app. CPI: own work using data taken from the INE website: www.ine.es (“Elaboración propia con datos extraídos del sitio web del INE”), under the CC BY 4.0 licence. The INE (Spain’s National Statistics Institute) doesn’t take part in Vaivén or endorse it.
Trademarks
iPhone, iCloud, App Store and Face ID are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. Vaivén isn’t sponsored or endorsed by Apple.

We try to keep the information correct, but there may be mistakes or changes. We don’t own the sites we link to.

Governing law
Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this notice doesn’t limit the rights the law gives you.
Purchase terms
What you buy. Vaivén complete: unlimited expenses, child maintenance, joint account and reports. It is digital content that switches on on your iPhone when you buy it. The calendar doesn’t need a purchase.
Who sells it to you. David Olmos Enríquez, info@vaivenapp.com. Apple acts as agent: it handles the payment and the receipt.
Price. €9.99, VAT included, paid once. There are no instalments or renewals.
How to buy. (1) Tap ‘Buy’ in Vaivén. (2) Confirm in Apple’s sheet. (3) Vaivén complete switches on. You can close Apple’s sheet before confirming and you won’t be charged, and you see the exact price in Apple’s sheet before you pay.
What is kept. Apple keeps your purchase receipt. Vaivén doesn’t keep the contract or any payment details.
Languages. Spanish and English.
Withdrawal and refunds. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, unless the digital content has already started to be supplied with your prior consent and with your knowledge that you lose that right (article 103(m) of Spain’s consumer protection law). Apple explains this condition when you buy and handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Legal guarantee. Vaivén complete must match what was offered to you. If it doesn’t, the law gives you the right to have it put right, or to a price reduction or to cancel (articles 115 bis onwards of the same law). Nothing above limits those rights.
